Chief Customer Officer, Explorance
Dr. Taylor joined Metrics That Matter (MTM) in 2013 as a leader within our consulting practice, after nearly a decade of corporate experience in various human capital measurement, analytics and strategy roles. He led the MTM business from 2016 through Summer 2019 while MTM was part of CEB now Gartner and through the integration year at Explorance. Dr. Taylor now serves as the global Chief Customer Officer at Explorance accountable for delivery of all products and services across all markets. Functional accountability includes Professional Services, Customer Success and our Consulting Practice. Ultimately, Dr. Taylor is accountable for the success of our clients, growing and deepening our mutually beneficial partnerships.
Dr. Taylor’s professional background includes extensive experience in measurement and analytics within Fortune 100 companies including eight years at Nationwide Insurance where he was accountable for the creation of an Enterprise Workforce Analytics team and then lead the Enterprise Talent Solutions team accountable for processes & systems including performance management, individual development, succession management, competency models and career planning. Dr. Taylor leverages his diverse experience in leading human capital programs to develop targeted, actionable measurement and analytic solutions for our clients.
