Julie Hubert is CEO and co-founder of Workland, a growing Montreal-based company specializing in recruitment technologies, solutions and services. Holding a Bachelor’s degree in business from Concordia and an MBA from McGill University, after having accumulated more than twelve years of marketing experience in large companies, she decided to leave everything behind in 2011 in order to start her own business in the field of HR & IT.
Very involved socially, she is co-President of Technochic, a group of women Presidents in the field of IT who aims at supporting women entrepreneurship & fostering social collaboration, she is also a board member of PME-MTL, the anti-violence women’s shelter “La Dauphinelle” and is Co-Producer of the new American entrepreneurial film series called The Social Movement.
Workland helps companies solve their recruiting problems by applying the best mix between advanced technology, artificial intelligence and human creativity. In years to come, Workland will continue to be at the forefront of the massive changes brought on by the talent war, the digital transformation of HR and the sudden surge of AI-based applications.
