Jennifer Johnston Di Loreto is the senior director of Global Employer Branding within the Employee Success organization at Salesforce, which has been named the #1 “World’s Best Workplace” by Great Place to Work for the last two years, and one of the “World’s Most Innovative Companies” eight years in a row by Forbes.
Jennifer is responsible for building and managing the employer brand and best place to work reputation that helps Salesforce attract, engage and win the loyalty of the talent driving the company’s incredible story of innovation, growth and social impact. Jennifer also consults with Salesforce customers on how to use culture, technology, and data to transform employee experience and drive deeper levels of engagement across every stage of the employee journey.
Previously, she led global employer branding and internal communications at VMware during its high growth phase. Jennifer holds a B.A. in Journalism and Political Science from Gonzaga University
