As Vice President, Employee Experience at Manulife, Amy partners with employees and stakeholders globally to drive a consumer grade employee experience by mapping the employee journey and the moments that matter; leveraging HR technology to enable a positive digital experience for employees; use data to drive decision making and curate experiences for employees; and use human centered design to build products and processes that matter to employees and will drive efficiencies

Amy has worked for Manulife for 15 years, holding progressively senior roles. Before her current role, Amy was Assistant Vice President, Global Transformation Delivery in Enterprise Strategy leading our people, culture and change work, and Assistant Vice President, Global Leadership & Learning HR before that, leading next practices in HR.

Amy values collaboration and strongly believes by getting it done together, we can accomplish anything. This is especially important when designing employee experiences. She regularly volunteers and helped stand-up and lead the Kitchener-Waterloo Global Women’s Alliance chapter at Manulife, subsequently leading and chairing the chapter for six years. She is a proud parent of two daughters and loves to run in her spare time.
