Nick approaches his work with a product mindset, he believes that understanding his customers is the key to delivering great products and programs to his organizations. Nick holds his master’s in I/O psychology from New York University. During his early career, he worked on L&D / Enablement teams across hr, sales, and engineering at large companies with 20,000+ employees (Agilent technologies) to start-ups with just over 1,000 employees (Nimble Storage). He then pivoted his career to serve as chief of staff to the CHRO of Auction.com where he focused on running people analytics, people program management, and system design and implementation. At Doordash he focuses on helping to redesign and scale employee lifecycle experiences in a high-growth environment.
