As the Chief People & Culture Officer of Ceridian, I have the honor of being accountable for our global people and workplace experiences. This includes inclusion and belonging, social responsibility, communication and collaboration, operational impacts, total rewards, education and learning and other key HR functions.
In addition, I am afforded the opportunity to provide strategic oversight to the vision and direction of Ceridian’s Dayforce Talent Management offerings. I believe the best way to build a sustainable product for the future is to combine the philosophies and programs of the People & Culture team with that of the development of the product.
