Below you will find specific and pertinent information about the event that will aid in the event organizing:

 

EVENT LOCATION – The Toronto International Centre 6900 Airport Rd. Toronto, Ontario, Canada L4V 1E8

EXHIBITION SETUP – June 26 th , Monday, any time between 3:00PM – 9:00PM

EVENT START DATE – June 27 th , Tuesday – Registration starts at 7:50AM; Keynote starts at 8:50AM

EVENT END & TEAR DOWN – June 27 th , Tuesday, 7:10PM – 9:00PM

WHAT IS PROVIDED – 10-feet by 10-feet booth, 6-feet grey-clothed table and 2 chairs. The area is carpeted. There is no pipe-and- drape and shell scheme at this event. If you have a banner to attach, you will have to provide your own stands.

 COMPANY PROFILE & LOGO – due upon signing

Kindly provide your logo in EPS format & 200-word profile. Please check HERE to check that we have your correct profile & logo.

 

 LOGO ON SCROLLING BANNER (only for Platinum and Gold Partners) – send on or before June 6th , 2017

HR Tech Summit is pleased to announce that we will be using Whova, a top-of-the-line event app, to replace the printed event guide. To replace the printed advert, there will be a permanent scrolling banner on the app with your logo linking to your page. See how it looks on the app HERE.

Submit your logo in high-res EPS version if yet to be sent.

 

 HOLDING SLIDE (only for Platinum and Gold Partners) – send on or before June 6 th 2017

To replace your print advert, on the Tech Talk Stage and prior to your speaking session, we would like to have a holding slide promoting your company/session. This can be a current advert or marketing collateral that you wish. Please comply with these specifications:

  • High-res PDF format preferred
  • Landscape – 11.5″ wide by 8.65″ tall

 

✓ GIVEAWAY OPPORTUNITY – if giving away/raffling items, inform us on or before June 6 th 2017

We will highlight your booth on the floor plan to let delegates know you are giving away items. From our previous events, we have seen great success and higher return for exhibitors that provide giveaways. Giveaways are a great opportunity to attract more delegates to attend your booth, as well as increase the value of your sponsorship. Examples of giveaways are paid vacation trips, gadgets, or free services from your company.

 

✓ REPRESENTATIVE’S NAMES – send on or before June 13 th , 2017

We will provide badges and food at the event.

 

 DELEGATE BAG INSERT (only for Platinum and Gold Partners) – deliver to the venue on June 26 th 2017.

Platinum and Gold partners are entitled to one item insert in each delegate bag.
Please provide 400 pieces.
Please deliver the package to the International Centre by a courier on June 26 th (the venue will only accept them on this date and not earlier). Kindly attach the Shipping Label to each box/package.

Materials shipped to the International Centre Toronto will be received at the Conference Centre Building. You may find the shipping label HERE.

Alternatively, you may simply bring your materials with you on the day of the event.
