EXHIBITION SETUP – 25th June 2018, Monday from 12 noon – 6 pm

 

EVENT START DATE – 26th June 2018, Tuesday – Registration starts 8:00 am; Keynote starts 9:00 am

 

EVENT END & TEAR DOWN – 27th June 2018, Wednesday, 4:30 pm. It is a 2-day event.

 

WHAT IS PROVIDED – A booth space.There is no pipe & drape nor shell scheme at this event. If you have a banner to attach, you will have to provide your own stands.

PARKING – The Toronto Congress Centre has 6000 parking spots. The parking area that is closest to your entrance for our event is the Trade Parking Lot. This area has appx. 1200 parking spots. The parking spots are complimentary for guests. See HERE for more parking options.

WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU

✓ COMPANY PROFILE & LOGO – due ASAP

Kindly provide your logo in EPS format & 200-word profile. Please check HERE that we have your correct profile & logo.

✓ DIGITAL ADVERT – on or before 15th June 2018

Diamond, Platinum & Gold partners are entitled to one digital advert to be displayed on a high-resolution screen at the venue. Please note items received beyond this date will not be included. Please inform your graphic designer that the digital advert resolution is a high resolution1080 x 1920 in portrait orientation and 300 dpi.

✓ REPRESENTATIVES’ NAMES – on or before 30th May 2018

Send us the names, title and email addresses of your representative so we can provide badges and food at the event.

✓ Shipping label HERE. A gentle reminder that everything must be moved out at the end of Day 2.
